A. Ordinance Prohibiting Pedestrian Activities within Public Roadways (No Cost)

Objective: Regulate the use of roadway medians to ensure the safety of pedestrians and motorists.

B. Acceptance of Public Improvements within the Site for 335 Locust Street—Watermain and Stormwater Management and Plat of Easement and Abrogation for Watermain and Stormwater Management Purposes ($284 Estimated Five-Year Maintenance Cost)

Objective: Fulfill the city’s obligation to maintain reliable infrastructure for serving businesses and residents.

C. Public Improvements Acceptance for 455 Shepard Drive (No Cost)

Objective: Fulfill the city’s obligation to maintain reliable infrastructure for serving businesses and residents.

D. Removal and Disposal of Water Treatment Lime Residuals for 2025—Amendment Agreement No. 3 with Stewart Spreading, Inc. ($2,886,000)

Objective: Continue treatment of the city’s drinking water by responsibly handling the lime softening waste residual from the city’s water treatment process.

E. Lead Service Line Replacement Program Year 4—Engineering Services Agreement with Engineering Enterprises, Inc. ($660,610)

Objective: Contract for engineering services to implement remedial action relating to lead water service replacement. 

F. Lead Service Line Replacement Program, Year 4 – Illinois Environmental Protection Public Water Supply Loan Program Requirements (No Cost)

Objective: Remove lead-based water service lines on private property using approximately $3 million in funding from Illinois Environmental Protection Agency’s Public Water Supply Loan Program.
