In the 2022-23 school year, 44.8% of the students in East Prairie School District 73 passed the ELA portion of the Illinois Assessment of Readiness (IAR), according to the Illinois State Board of Education.

Of the 326 students in East Prairie School District 73 who took the ELA portion of the test, approximately 146 (44.8%) passed.

The percentage of East Prairie School District 73 students who met or exceeded expectations on the IAR decreased by 5.9% compared to the previous school year.
