Special Use to permit a non-conforming multi-family (duplex) dwelling for which legal documentation indication that the dwelling conforms to the Zoning Ordinance cannot be provided; and
Variation to permit a non-conforming multi-family (duplex) dwelling that has not been in continuous operation since January 1, 1987 ; and
Variation to permit lot coverage to be 78%, instead of the maximum permitted 45%.
3. 1185 E. Dundee Road
Special Use to permit a banquet facility at the subject property.
