Review of the 12-month period ending December 31, 2023 Annual Financial Report

Trustee LaBedz moved, seconded by Trustee Grasse that the Committee-of-the-Whole accept the 12-month period ending December 31, 2023 Annual Financial Report.

B. Report of the Committee of the Whole Meeting of June 24, 2024

Review of the proposed 22025-2029 Capital Improvement Program

Trustee Bertucci moved, seconded by Trustee Schwingbeck, that the Committee-of-the-Whole recommend to the Village Board that the Board approve the proposed

2025-2029 capital improvement program, and that the first year of the program totaling $49,803,600 be incorporated into the Village's propsosed 2025 budget.

C. Report of the Committee of the Whole Meeting of 6-24-24

Operating Fund Overview/Recommended Budget Ceilings - 2025

Trustee LaBedz moved, seconded by Trustee Baldino, that the Committee-of-the-Whole recommend to the Village Board that the Board approve the 2025 budget ceilings of $92,912,100 for the general fund; and $30,076,200 for the water & sewer fund.

D. Report of the Committee of the Whole Meeting of July 1, 2024

Consideration of recommending to the Liquor Commissioner the issuance of a Class B and Class T liquor license to Amazon Retail LLC dba Amazon Fresh located at 325 E. Palatine Road

X. CONSENT AGENDA    

This Agenda consists of proposals and recommendations that, in the opinion of the Village Manager, will be acceptable to all members of the Board of Trustees. The purpose of this Agenda is to save time by taking only one roll call vote instead of separate votes on each item. Consideration of this Consent Agenda will be governed by the following rules and procedures prior to roll call vote:

1. Any Trustee who wishes to vote "no" or "pass" on any Consent Agenda items should so indicate.

2. Upon the request of any one Trustee, any item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered separately after adoption of the Consent Agenda.

3. Citizens in the audience may ask to remove any item on this Consent Agenda.

4. One roll call vote will be taken and will cover all remaining Consent Agenda items.
