1. 430-436 E. Northwest Highway
Staff is recommending that this item is continued until the March 12th Planning and Zoning Commission meeting.
(a) Special Use to allow 3 dwelling units, and
(b) Variation to allow 10 parking spaces, instead of the minimum required 16 parking spaces.
2. 885 W. Dorchester Road
(a) Special Use to permit a fence to be set back 10 feet from the side property line abutting a street, instead of the minimum required 20 feet.
3. 90 W. Northwest Highway
(a) Special Use to permit a massage therapy business at the subject property.
4. 37 N. Plum Grove Road - Slade Street Crossing
(a) Final Planned Development to allow for the development of 5 single-family residential lots; and
(b) Preliminary and Final Plat of Subdivision to allow for 5 single-family lots; and
(c) Rezoning to Planned Development.
5. 204-216 W. Palatine Road and 222 W. Palatine Road
(a) Preliminary Planned Development to permit a new 4-unit building with a shared access driveway and shared parking lot, with the existing 4-unit building (204-216 W. Palatine Road).
6. 158 W. Aldridge Avenue
(a) Preliminary/Final Plat of Subdivision to permit a 3-lot single-family residential development; and
(b) Rezoning from R-1 Single Family Residential to R-2 Single Family Residential.
7. 32 - 34 W. Palatine Rd
(a) Special Use Amendment to permit the alteration of the approved flood plan and business plan to include the addition of a wine bar, with wine and beer service, as part of the Cook, Cork & Fork storefront and tenant space expansion.
