a. The Petitioner has withdrawn the Special Use and Variation applications and therefore this item is withdrawn from any additional consideration and no further action is required by the Planning and Zoning Commission.
2. 224 W. Kenilworth Avenue
a. Special use to permit a second story addition to be set back 7 feet from the interior side lot line, instead of the minimum permitted 10 feet; and
b. Special Use to permit an addition to be set back 24 feet from the front lot line, instead of the minimum required 30 feet.

a. Special use to permit a medical office (physical therapy clinic) at the subject property.
4. 1379 N Rand Road
a. Special Use to permit a day care facility.
