Village of Northbrook Plan Commission met Nov. 7.

A. DOCKET NO. PCD-23-10: 3100 DUNDEE ROAD - MEDICAL USE IN I-1 DISTRICT (First Public Hearing.) An application filed by Korman/Lederer Management Company to consider amending the following sections of the Northbrook Zoning Code (1988), as amended: (A) Amend Section 7-102 Industrial District Use List of Article VII and Appendix B Master Land Use Table of the Village’s Zoning Code to allow medical use in Industrial District; and (B) Such other amendments to the Northbrook Zoning Code, as may be required.

B. DOCKET NO. PCD-23-11: 1855 HAPP ROAD - DRIVEWAY MATERIAL TEXT AMENDMENT (First Public Hearing.) An application filed by Thomas Churchwell (the “Applicant) at 1855 Happ Road (the “Subject Property”) to consider amending the following sections of the Northbrook Zoning Code (1988), as amended: (A) Amend Section 9-101 Accessory Structures and Uses regarding parking surface material in the Village’s Zoning Code; and (B) Such other amendments to the Northbrook Zoning Code, as may be required.
