Treasurer's Report:

a. 3rd Quarter 2023 Short Executive Summary.

b. Renewal of the Fiduciary Liability Insurance Policy. Greg Kiesewetter.

Expenses: In pension packet.

Deaths: (2) Lt. Donald C. Jensen died on September 4, 2023. There is no surviving spouse or dependents.

Delores Sodt died on September 17, 2023. She was the spouse of the late Lt. Gordon G. Sodt who passed away in 1987. There are no dependents.

Retirements: (7) Sgt. Darin L. Hood's pension revision for the addition of one holiday on to his final year of pay. The Previous total salary used was $137,964.47. It would change to #138,442.10

Sgt. David A. Baumgartner's pension revision for the addition of one holiday on to his final year of pay. The Previous total salary used was $137,964.47. It would change to #138,442.10.

Senior Patrolman Timothy J. Young has a revised total pension salary due to the contract agreement being settled. The Previous total salary used was $119,189.92. It would has changed to $125,930.78.

Officer Jason Morales has a revised total pension salary due to the contract agreement being settled. The Previous total salary used was $114,728.27. It would has changed to $121,220.56.

Commander Kevin S. Senne #287 retired on September 11, 2023. He has made application to receive a pension benefit.

Officer Michael A. Kuta #311 retired on September 18, 2023. He has made application to receive a pension benefit.

Officer Ronald J. Spejcher #182 retired on October 6, 2023. He has made application to receive a pension benefit.

Disabilities: (4) Attorney Thomas Radja will update the Board on the disability application status of Neff, Garcia, Santiago and Hooker.

Resignations: (3) Officer Gabrielle Wilcheski #1501 resigned on July 24, 2023.

Officer Thomas J. Coffield #375 resigned on August 1, 2023.

He has requested to leave his money in the Fund at this time.

Officer Michael J. Fuller #412 resigned on October 13, 2023.
