A Public Hearing will be held before the Village of Palatine Plan Commission on Tuesday, March 21, 2023 at 7 PM, in the Village Council Chambers in the Palatine Village Hall, 200 E. Wood Street, relative to a request for the following:
Preliminary Planned Development to allow a 4-lot single-family residential development.
The property is commonly known as 52 W. Colfax Street. The Petitioner is applying for a Preliminary Planned Development to allow for the development of 4 new single-family homes.
The above petition has been filed by Greg Rose, GWR Enterprises, INC. and is available for examination in the office of the Village Clerk, 200 E. Wood Street.
