Join us for the second session in our Leadership Series, presented by the Graduate School of Business and Leadership.

Leadership Series 2:Multigenerational Leadership for High Performing Teams

The U.S. workforce is predominantly populated with four generations of workers. These four generations view the world, their work, and their lives from the influences of their generational experiences.

This seminar will have brief presentations from several faculty, of different generations, on how generational differences can have both a positive and negative impact on team outcomes.

 

Outcomes:

  • Attendees will have an understanding of the difference between generations.
  • Attendees can apply the understanding of generational differences to be a better team member.
  • Attendees will be able to apply the understanding of generational differences to improve their team leadership.
