Four Score in Double Figures in 102-86 Loss to TIU

The Judson University Men's Basketball Team continued their conference season on Saturday as the Eagles lost to Trinity International 102-86.

Javaris Wiggins led the way with 19 points for the Eagles as he scored 19 points, had five assists, and three rebounds. Nehemiah Jones nearly recorded a double-double as he scored 13 points and added eight rebounds, two assists, and two blocks. Anterrious Rhyan put up 12 points, two rebounds, and an assist. Jack Keller had an 11-point night with four rebounds, two steals, and an assist. Isiah Burd scored eight points and added four rebounds, two assists, and two steals.

"I liked the way we shared the ball in the first half tonight," said Head Coach Bruce Fields. Defensively, we struggled to keep our man in front of us. Defense has to be our focus the rest of the season for us to make it back to the conference tournament."

Judson (5-13, 3-8 CCAC) faces East-West in a non-conference matchup on Wednesday in Elgin.
