A. Hemmens Cultural Center Addition—Design Options 

Design options for the Hemmens Cultural Center’s north side addition are being presented for selection by the city council..

Initiatives and Other Items 

B. Community Task Force on Policing Recommendations (No Cost) 

Objective: Present recommendations from the Community Task Force on Policing for con sideration over several city council meetings, beginning with six recommendations for adoption.

C. City Council Meeting Schedule for 2023 (No Cost) 

Objective: Establish the 2023 schedule of city council meetings in compliance with the Open Meetings Act.

D. Tyler Creek Watershed Streambank Stabilization Program Agreement with Garden Quar ter Townhome Association ($72,616) 

Objective: Facilitate restoration within the Tyler Creek watershed to mitigate the stream bank damage and prevent further erosion.

E. Design and Construction Engineering Services Amendment Agreement No. 1 with Fehr Graham and Associates, LLC for the 2022 Parking Lot and Alley Maintenance Program ($8,950.00) 

Objective: Authorize funding for pavement coring and material testing associated with the maintenance of various public parking lots and alleys for the 2022 parking lot and alley maintenance program.

F. Acceptance of Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant for Camera Purchases ($14,533) 

Objective: Increase the Real-Time Information Center (RIC) video capabilities for enhancing community security by replacing outdated video surveillance cameras within the city.

G. Change Order No. 1 for the 2022 Neighborhood Sidewalk Repair Program ($74,853) Objective: Perform city-wide sidewalk repairs to maintain safe infrastructure.
