The five bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home at 380 Sterling Road, Kenilworth was sold on March 25 by Jeffrey Barton and Nancy Montague Bedwell for $1,600,000. The buyers were Heather and Andrew Housley.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $32,269.61, 2.02% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on May 5, 2010 for $1,230,000.

So far in March 2022, two properties sold in Kenilworth.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Jeffrey Bedwell has been registered to vote since 2017. Nancy M. Bedwell has been registered to vote since 2012 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including two Democratic Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
