READING OF MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING
Minutes from meeting October 26, 2020 (Approved 4-0. Motion Domaracki, 2nd Przybylski) REPORT OF TREASURER (Approved 4-0. Motion Olkowski, 2nd Domaracki)
AGENDA ITEMS
• New Kitchen Table at Station 3 ($3000.00)
- Patrick Rasmussen and Kevin Whelan (both via Zoom) presented to the board. Spoke of previous tables made by Fire House Table Company, materials utilized and finishes.
- Table for Station 2 ($3000.00) which had been tabled during October meeting was also discussed further at this time.
(Both tables Approved 4-0. Motion by Przybylski, 2nd Pump)
• New L439 Flag ($1408.50) Robbie Marquardt (via Zoom) spoke briefly on the age of the previous L439 flag, as well as the outdated emblem on it. Stated the local had already agreed to pay half of the cost as well. (Approved 4-0. Motion Pump, 2nd Przybylski)
• Bose Revolve Speaker for Workout area at Station 6 ($199.99)
(Approved 3-1. Motion Pump, 2nd Domaracki) Nay vote Przybylski
• Sound Bar requested for Station 6 was tabled at this time as Pump stated he would look into quality and costs for sound bars. Information will be given at next meeting.
• Station 2 Vitamix replacement pitcher ($160.00)
(Approved 4-0. Motion Olkowski, 2nd Pump)
OLD BUSINESS
- Przybylski stated he would be transitioning to quick books will inform how transition goes and if anything further is needed.
- C. Marella was not present, no further information on potential fitness reimbursement increase at this time.
NEW BUSINESS
-Brian Domaracki was named Chairman of the board.
-Przybylski stated he will no longer be accepting paper copies of receipts, all receipts now need to be submitted electronically.
