On Dec. 27, Dominick McNicholas (trustee) and McNicholas (trust) sold their five bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 2224 Parkside Drive, Park Ridge to Vlg Orchard for $475,000.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $10,625.24, which is 2.24% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on July 21, 2006 for $517,500.

So far in December 2021, six properties sold in Park Ridge.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were two registered voters residing at 2224 Parkside Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Andrea A. Gioia, 70, and Joseph Boyer.
