Judson University issued the following announcement on Dec. 18

The Judson University Men's Basketball Team weathered a late deficit in regulation to come back and defeat CCAC first-place IUSB 68-67 in overtime. The Eagles trailed by a pair of points with five seconds left. Johnny Flynn proceeded to score the game-tying bucket while being fouled, which allowed him to convert on the eventual game-winning free throw with four seconds left as the Eagles gave the Titans their first conference loss of the season.

Flynn was among Judson's top performers. He finished with 19 points, 11 rebounds, two assists, and a steal. He was 6-14 from the field, including 3-7 from downtown, and made four of five free-throw attempts. Thomas Donati is continuing his dominance for Judson with 21 points on 8-11 made field goals and making 5-6 from the charity stripe. He added 15 rebounds, two blocks, two steals, and two assists. Jordan Johnson scored 16 points by shooting 6-14 from the field, going 3-9 from the three-point line, and adding a made free throw. He also added three rebounds and three assists.

Judson (6-9, 4-4 CCAC) has a quick turnaround with a contest against Roosevelt on Monday at 6:30 from the Lindner Fitness Center.
