2537 Windsor Drive, Northbrook acquired by Joan and Louis Agins

On Nov. 30, 2020, Ilean Agins Patricia (trust) and Caro Hofbauer (trustee) sold their home at 2537 Windsor Drive, Northbrook to Joan and Louis Agins for $250,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $7,671.86, 3.07% of the sale price of the home.

In November 2020, 116 properties sold in Northbrook.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Louis B. Agins has been registered to vote since 2016 and has voted in at least four primary elections, records show, including four for Democrats.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 2537 Windsor Drive, Northbrook as of Oct. 10, 2020: Louis B. Agins, 62, and Brian Null Agins.
