Avoca School District 37 issued the following announcement on Nov. 17.
The Board of Education is set to convene on November 19, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. The Agenda for the Board meeting is available for viewing. Visit the Board of Education Meetings and Documents page for more information about past and upcoming Board of Education meeting dates.
Due to Phase 4 space restrictions in a single space, in-person participation for this meeting is limited to the Board of Education Members and Administration. The meeting will be live streamed and can be accessed from via from the homepage at www.avoca37.org
Comments to the Board can be mailed to avocaboard@avoca37.org. Emailed comments will be read aloud during the meeting and/or entered into the published meeting minutes.
The Board will also receive live public comment remotely during the Visitor's Comments section via this link: https://zoom.us/j/95816625734
Visitors that wish to make live public comment must be int he ZOOM waiting room by 6:30, which occurs at the beginning of the meeting (consistent with standard Board practice). You will be asked to wait in the ZOOM waiting room and visitors will make comments one at a time. Please state your full name before making comment. Upon finishing your comments, you will be exited from the online forum.
