Jeremy Vavrik applies for a certificate of appropriateness to install a rear south facing roof-mounted residential solar system. Applicable standards: [Alteration 1-10]

B. 612 Judson Ave. - LSHD Case # 20PRES-0289

Rada Portzer applies for a certificate of appropriateness to replace cedar shingles with Hardie shingles on all facades of the house. Applicable standards:: [Alteration 1-10]

C. 735 Sheridan Rd. - LSHD Case # 20PRES-0290

Ken Hazlett applies for a certificate of appropriateness to rebuild the sunroom at the back with a new roof. Build a new open porch across the back of the sunroom. Applicable standards: [Alteration 1-10]; [Construction 1- 5, 7, 8, and 10-15]; [Demolition 1-6]

D. 900 Edgemere Ct. - Landmark/LSHD Case # 20PRES-0291

Paul Szczesny applies for a certificate of appropriateness for the installation of a solar photovoltaic array on the house roof. Applicable standards: [Alteration 1-10]

Amy Reichert applies for a certificate of appropriateness to replace almost all windows (wood and steel) with aluminum-clad wood windows to match the number of windows per opening, muntin/mullion pattern, profile and thickness of muntins in the existing house. Tom Rowland applies for a certificate of appropriateness – Main house scope: 1. structural enhancements of floor 1 & 2, floor joists to improve floor levelness. 2. Renovation of existing kitchen with new windows and doors. 3. Covered porch and open deck. Coach house scope: 1. Renovation of existing coach house (floor 1 & 2). Applicable standards: Alteration [1-10]; [Construction 1-5, 7, 8, and 10-15]; and Demolition [1-6]

G. 1044 Lake Shore Blvd – LSHD Case # 20PRES-0294

Nate Kipnis applies for a certificate of appropriateness for 1. Restore all existing windows, removing the existing lead and refinishing them. 2. Remove the aluminum storm windows and replace them with wood storm windows. 3. Remove the existing set of windows from the sunroom on the east facade and provide style French doors. 4. Provide a new stairs off the sunroom's new doors, and new landscaping on the east lawn. 5. Removing the existing aluminum slider window (not an original window) in the attic of the east facade, and provide a set of double hung windows. 6. Removing the existing casement windows (not original windows) in the attic of the north facade, and provide a set of double hung windows. Original windows were double hung. 7. Removing the existing casement window in the second floor of the south facade, and provide a double hung window. 8. Remove existing deck and provide a new deck, and revised/new door and window openings at the first floor of the west facade. 9. Proposing a new window on the second floor of the east façade. 10. Install a solar array on the main roof facing south. Applicable standards: [Construction 1-5, 7, 8, 10-16]; and [Demolition 1-6]
