East Maine School District 63 recently issued the following announcement.
Advocate Children's Hospital will be on site providing free physicals and immunizations to children who are without insurance or are on Medicaid.
Friday, July 24
9 a.m. - 2 p.m.

Appointments encouraged: call 847.723.7358 to schedule. Walk-ins accepted. Learn more and fill out a consent form.
Please note:
- All patients and parents will undergo covid screening questions and have a temperature check upon arrival. If anyone has an elevated temperature or screens positive for any possible symptom, Advocate will not be able to see them and will provide them with information about Advocate sites that see patients with COVID concerns.
- Children may only be accompanied by one parent in order to maintain appropriate social distance.
- Masks are required. Advocate will have masks available on site if anyone needs one for any family member.
- No one will be permitted to enter the school building.
Future Dates include:
- August 3 at Apollo School
- August 5 at Gemini Middle School
