Variations:
a) a 2.5 foot reduction from the required 50 foot front yard to allow for a canopy (south - Lake Street),
b) an 8 foot reduction from the required 50 foot corner side yard to allow for a canopy (west - N. Bartlett Road),
c) to allow parking in the corner side yard (on the west side of the building),
d) to allow the trash enclosure in the corner side yard,
e) to reduce the required landscaped interior parkway width from 20 feet to 7 feet
