Q4 2019 Recap: Parolees near Illinois zip code 60714 convicted of property crimes

There were three offenders convicted of property crimes released on parole near Illinois zip code 60714 during the fourth quarter, according to Illinois Department of Corrections data obtained by the North Cook News.

The data shows that three men were among the parolees. The median age of the parolees sentenced for property crimes was 41. The youngest parolee was a 34-year-old man sentenced in 2019, and the oldest was a 47-year-old man sentenced in 2015.

The offender who was incarcerated the longest was Victor Moreno. He was convicted of a property crime in 2015 when he was 43 years old. He is now 47.

Under state law, paroled offenders are still in legal custody of the IDOC, meaning they can be taken back to a correctional center at any time if the state has probable cause or a warrant.

The table below shows the 50 zips in Illinois with the most paroled offenders in the fourth quarter who were convicted of property crimes.
