City of Des Plaines issued the following announcement on April 14.

All restaurants and bars in Illinois are closed to the public through April 30 by order of Governor J.B. Pritzker — but they can continue to provide walk-up, drive-thru or delivery. And thanks to a loosening of City rules, currently licensed Des Plaines businesses can also provide packaged alcohol with those orders.
Many of our food and beverage-based businesses are offering these services to help keep both their employees and patrons happy and healthy.
