Village residents wishing to respectfully share thoughts about any matter concerning the Northbrook Board of Trustees may do so by submitting an email to publiccomments@northbrook.il.us by the time the Village President begins Public Comment Time during the meeting. Emails received will be read aloud during Public Comment. We ask that you keep your emailed response to under 200 words to allow time for others to be heard and for the Board to progress through the public meeting agenda. The Board typically does not immediately respond to public comments or engage in open dialogue, but we are of course actively listening to your comments. Thank you for your understanding of these guidelines.

The comments made by Board Members this evening are the preliminary comments of individual trustees and do not represent the opinion or final determination of the Village of Northbrook. No final decision on the requested relief can or will be made until after the matter goes through the Village zooning process, which may include a public hearing and recommendation by the Northbrook Plan Commission.
