The agenda meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Rosemont was called to order at 9:22 a.m.

II. SPECIAL BOARD MEETING AT 9:30 A.M.
CALL TO ORDER
The special meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Rosemont was called to order at 9:29 a.m.

In attendance: Mayor Stephens, Trustees Price, Minale, Dorgan, Fazio, Pappas, DiMatteo QUORUM PRESENT
Others in attendance: Village Attorney Ryan and Clerk Drehobl
III. SPECIAL MEETING AGENDA ITEMS
RESOLUTION NO. R2019-12-30 / TAX INCREMENT FINANCING AGREEMENT REGARDING THE RIVER ROAD TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT NO. 3
1. A Motion was made by Trustee Dorgan, seconded by Trustee Minale to approve Resolution No. R2019-12-30, a Resolution authorizing the execution of a Tax Increment Financing Agreement regarding the River Road Tax Increment Financing District No. 3, Rosemont, Illinois.
A vote on the motion:
Aye: Trustees Price, Minale, Dorgan, Fazio, Pappas, DiMatteo
Nay: None
Motion carried.
SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL TO THE ROSEMONT JOURNAL / CALENDAR YEAR 2020 AND CALENDAR YEAR 2021
2. A Motion was made by Trustee Dorgan, seconded by Trustee Minale to approve the renewal of the subscription to the Rosemont Journal for 1,700 homes and businesses for calendar year 2020 in the amount of $33,167.00 and for calendar year 2021 in the amount of $33,762.00. (Total Cost: $66,929.00)

Nay: None

RESOLUTION NO. R2019-12-30A / VILLAGE TO MAKE AN ADDITONAL PAYMENT TO THE IMRF
3. A Motion was made by Trustee Dorgan, seconded by Trustee Fazio to approve Resolution No. R2019-12-30A, a Resolution in the form required by the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund (IMRF) authorizing the Village to make an additional payment to the IMRF in order to reduce the Village’s pension liability.
