A. DOCKET NO. PCD-19-10: 3100 DUNDEE - MITZVAH MEMORIAL FUNERALS (Public Hearing is Closed.) Consideration of a draft Resolution recommending approval of an application filed by Mural Funeral Group, LLC as lessee of suite 801 located in a portion of the property commonly known as 3100 Dundee Road, which is owned by Korman/Lederer Management Co. for the purposes of authorizing the following zoning relief: A) Text Amendment to allow a Funeral Director (SIC No. 7261.02) by special permit in the I-1 Restricted Industrial District; B) Special Permit to allow a Funeral Director in the I-1 Restricted Industrial District; and C) Approval of any such variations, waivers, and zoning relief as may be necessary.

A. DOCKET NO. PCD 19-07: VILLAGE OF NORTHBROOK ZONING CODE TEXT AMENDMENT FOR REVISED CANNABIS (MARIJUANA) FACILITY STANDARDS (Second Public Hearing) - This is an application by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Northbrook to consider amending various sections of the Northbrook Zoning Code (1988), as amended, concerning definitions, appropriate zoning districts, standards, operational conditions, and procedures for authorizing various types of adult-use cannabis (marijuana) businesses, including without limitation, cultivation and dispensary facilities, in the Village of Northbrook, all as authorized by the Illinois Cannabis Regulation and Tax Act (P.A. 101-0027)
