Illinois General Assembly: SB946 actions on Aug. 15

The following actions were taken on Aug. 15 in the Senate on Senate bill SB946 ("pediatric cancer license plate"): "Public Act . . . . . . . . .", "Effective Date January" and "Governor Approved".

The bill, as it was introduced in the Senate by Sen. William E. Brady (R-44) on Jan. 31, "amends the Automated Traffic Control Systems in Highway Construction or Maintenance Zones Act" and "makes a technical change in a section concerning the short title," according to the General Assembly website.
