The data shows that all of the released offenders in Schaumburg were men. The median age of the parolees was 37. The youngest parolee is a 24-year-old man sentenced for crimes involving alcohol in 2019, and the oldest is a 52-year-old man sentenced for financial crimes or fraud in 2019.
The offender who had been incarcerated the longest is Patrick Allen. He was convicted of property crimes in 2016 when he was 32 years old. He is now 35.
Under state law, paroled offenders are still in legal custody of the IDOC, meaning they can be taken back to a correctional center at any time if the state has probable cause or a warrant.
