Illinois General Assembly: HB93 Placed on Calendar 2nd Reading - Short Debate

The following action was taken on Feb. 7 in the House on House bill HB93 ("criminal law-tech"): "Placed on Calendar 2nd Reading - Short Debate."

The bill, as it was introduced in the House by Rep. Michael J. Madigan (D-22) on Dec. 10, 2018, "amends the Illinois Controlled Substances Act" and "makes a technical change in a section concerning the short title," according to the General Assembly website.

The following house representative also co-sponsored the bill: Michelle Mussman (D-56).
