          Description of Request:

          A. Applicant is seeking a special use and variations to Section 5-3-15 G of the City of Prospect Heights Zoning Code to allow the removal and reconstruction a commercial communications tower in the R-1 Residential Zoning District.

           Address: 303 South Parkway Prospect Heights, IL 60070

           Description of Request:

           A. Applicant has applied for approval of Final Plat of subdivision to create a legal lot of record. S. D. Enterprises owns the property at 303 S. Parkway which is one of 20 parcels that make up Lot 14 in Smith & Dawson’s sixth addition to Country Club Acres subdivision. According to Section 5-3-17 (E2) of the City of Prospect Heights Municipal Code, the owner is required to create a single lot of record for the property.
