West Lincolnwood home prices rise in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in West Lincolnwood, a Chicago neighborhood, rose by $37,000 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $658,000 - a 6% increase over the $621,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in West Lincolnwood in May 2016.
