Des Plaines home prices rise in January 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in Des Plaines rose by $23,000 while total sales increased by 4.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2017, there were 90 homes sold, with a median sale price of $200,000 - a 13% increase over the $177,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 86 homes sold in Des Plaines in January 2016.
