Evanston home prices rise in January 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in Evanston rose by $105,750 while total sales decreased by 12%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2017, there were 66 homes sold, with a median sale price of $388,750 - a 37.4% increase over the $283,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 75 homes sold in Evanston in January 2016.
