Schaumburg (Cook County) home prices rise in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Schaumburg in Cook County rose by $12,750 while total sales increased by 5.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 262 homes sold, with a median sale price of $180,750 - a 7.6% increase over the $168,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 249 homes sold in Schaumburg in the first quarter of 2016.
