Barrington (Cook County) home prices rise in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Barrington in Cook County rose by $94,500 while total sales decreased by 9.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $402,500 - a 30.7% increase over the $308,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 31 homes sold in Barrington in the first quarter of 2016.
