South Barrington home prices fall in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in South Barrington fell by $155,750 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $594,250 - a 20.8% decrease over the $750,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in South Barrington in the first quarter of 2016.
