Cook County board of review member candidate Dan Patlak returns $1,000 contribution from Frank A. Edelman LTD.

The campaign committee of Cook County board of review member candidate Dan Patlak, Citizens For Dan Patlak, returned a $1,000 contribution from Frank A. Edelman LTD. on July 10, according to the Illinois State Board of Elections.

Candidates sometimes refuse or return contributions because they do not want their campaign to be affiliated with the donor. Frank A. Edelman LTD. has not made any other contributions to Dan Patlak in the past 12 months.
