A detailed review of individual fines revealed that IL Conservative Principles was the only campaign committee in Rolling Meadows that was delinquent in payment for August 2018, according to the Illinois State Board of Elections.
The largest fine that IL Conservative Principles has yet to pay was imposed on May 29, 2018, for a late quarterly report. The amount of this fine alone is $1,775.
