How did Barry Bass spend campaign funds in the second quarter?

Independent Barry Bass's election campaign committee, Friends of Barry Bass for Mayor of Lincolnwood, spent $9,382 in the second quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Bass's committee spent the most on phone bank expenses in the quarter, with all those payments ($3,436) going to LaSalle Network in Chicago. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Bass's committee spent its money in the second quarter.
