How did Tolbert Chisum spend campaign funds in the fourth quarter?

Republican Tolbert Chisum's election campaign committee, New Trier Republican Organization, spent $12,604 in the fourth quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).
