How did James Leonard Allegretti spend campaign funds in the second quarter?

Republican James Leonard Allegretti's election campaign committee, Allegretti for Judge, spent $14,103 in the second quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Allegretti's committee spent the most on consulting in the quarter, with all those payments ($6,650) going to Nate Plautz in Rockford. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Allegretti's committee spent its money in the second quarter.
