Q3 real estate sales report: Kenilworth

Median prices declined in Kenilworth over last year, and are down 47.7 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to third quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From July to September, 12 homes sold in Kenilworth for a median price of $809,500. That's 35.7 percent lower than median home sale prices for the third quarter of 2017.

In the third quarter, there were no foreclosures in Kenilworth.

Median property tax for homeowners in Kenilworth was $31,371.93 in 2017 according to tax data from that year. That means homeowners pay 2.5 percent of their home's value in taxes.
