State Senate race: Republican Lasonde wins voter tally in New Trier Township Precinct 11

Joan McCarthy Lasonde led Democrat Laura Fine in votes cast in New Trier Township Precinct 11 for the District 9 state Senate race, according to the latest vote count.

Lasonde appeared to outpace Fine by a margin of 5.2 percent on Tuesday in the precinct.
