State Senate race: Democrat Gillespie wins voter tally in Maine Township

Ann Gillespie led Republican Tom Rooney in votes cast in Maine Township for the District 27 state Senate race, according to the latest vote count.

Gillespie appeared to outpace Rooney by a margin of 10.6 percent on Tuesday in the township.
