State House race: Republican Smolenski wins voter tally in Leyden Township Precinct 23

Marilyn Smolenski led Democrat Martin J. Moylan in votes cast in Leyden Township Precinct 23 for the District 55 state House race, according to the latest vote count.

Smolenski appeared to outpace Moylan by a margin of 3.4 percent on Tuesday in the precinct.
