Tom Morrison of the Republican party has been declared the winner in the House District 54 race against Democratic candidate Maggie Trevor.
With 100 percent of the precincts reporting, Morrison had 51 percent of the vote with a total of 21,613 votes.
Trevor received 49 percent of the vote with a total of 21,131 votes.
