State Rep. Fred Crespo of the Democratic Party has been declared the winner in the House District 44 race against Republican Katy Dolan Baumer.
With 89 percent of the precincts reporting, Crespo had 65 percent of the vote with a total of 15,549 votes.
Baumer received 35 percent of the vote with a total of 8,205 votes.
