The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Health Officer, Serena Klinger. The meeting was closed immediately since there wasn't a quorum.

No Commissioners were present at the meeting. Commissioners Birnbaum, Freed, Melone, Pritzker and Shannon were absent. Health Officer, Serena Klinger was present.
