Glencoe Park District issued the following announcement on Aug. 9.
At the August 7 Special Projects Committee meeting, Altamanu presented preliminary long-range plans for the linear parks along Old Green Bay Road.
The plans focused on recreational, multi-use trails that would connect to the overall network, which would accommodate a variety of users, ages, and abilities.
