Hoffman Estates Park District recently issued the following announcement.
Need mulch for your garden and landscaping this year?
While it lasts, the park district is giving away free mulch to home gardeners.
The mulch is self-service, so you must bring your own shovels, containers, etc and load it into your vehicle.
The mulch is wood chips used as “fall material” in our playgrounds for safety, that has since been replaced with new mulch.
